The method for sterile filling of a packaging unit provided with an inner foil, in particular, a foldable packaging unit with a powdery, granular, pasty or liquid products involves unfolding of the packaging unit, attaching an adaptor ring to the inner side of the foil, and sterilizing the inner side of the packaging unit and the foil. It further involves closing of one end of the foil, filling it with the product, and closing its other end and the packaging unit. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for implementation of the proposed method.
