PURPOSE: A device for linking a digital application using a DOI(Digital Object Identifier) and a Direct URL is provided to make a user obtain information rapidly and easily by automatically linking available final data in other information sources as a special description unit or a list unit during a retrieval. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to various kinds of digital information sources(10), collects/analyzes digital contents(20) for constructing linked information, embodies open URL information related to each information(30), and checks a DOI embodiment(40). If new document has no DOI, a DOI code is embodied(60). In the case of a conventional document, an embodied DOI code is utilized(50), a meta database having a relation of information is constructed(70), and the constructed database is retrieved(80). Thus, a retrieval result value to be retrieved by the user is outputted(100) and displayed on a screen.
