PURPOSE: Provided is a water treatment apparatus capable of providing cold water with good quality in biomechanics aspect. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a water tank(21), a cooler(22) for cooling water in the water tank(21), a water treatment unit(23) installed under the water tank(21) for treating the water using magnetism and light beams, wherein the water treatment unit(23) includes a light beam generator for emitting light beams, a magnetism generator for electrically generating magnetism, a power supply for supplying power to the magnetism generator and the light beam generator, a power supply controller for controlling a driving voltage of the power supply so as for the driving voltage to give a cycle with constant peak point and bottom point which gradually increases or decreases, and a magnetism and a light beam projectors for projecting magnetism and light beams to the water in the water tank.
