A transmission mechanism simple in structure and capable of shortening the overall length of a vehicle while preventing the gravity center of the vehicle from rising, comprising a transmission (10) located between a differential gear device (11) and an HST (8) for inputting a power from a drive source to the HST (8) through the transmission (10) from a first direction side, in the vehicle wherein the differential gear device (11), HST (8), and an engine (7) are disposed in that order starting at the first direction side located on the longitudinal one side of a body toward a second direction side located on the longitudinal other side of the body.
