PURPOSE: A method for servicing a mileage using an information communication terminal is provided to apply a mileage as actual cash and make a cash payment possible using a simple ICT(Information Communication Terminal) and an ID(Identifier)/password without a card. CONSTITUTION: Member store information, member mileage application details, and an IAP(Internet Advertisement Page) received through an on-line or an off-line when corresponding member stores are collected are classified according to local areas and business categories, and a member store information database is embodied(S1). A mileage service supplying server collects members on an on-line or an off-line, and embodies a member information database based on information received through an on-line or an off-line when corresponding member stores are collected and mileage application details of a member(S2). The mileage service supplying server receives and analyzes a transmission signal being applied from ICTs, that is, a member ID, a mileage to be accumulated, and a member store code, and checks whether the signal is a mileage accumulation request in a member store(S3). If the signal is a mileage accumulation request, mileage details to be accumulated to the member are registered in the member store information database and the member information database(S4). The mileage service supplying server creates a response signal including total accumulated mileage of the member for informing that the mileage to be accumulated is normally registered and transmits the signal to the ICTs(S5).
