摘要 PURPOSE:To render uniform the thickness of cast resin by a method wherein an optical hybrid module lead frame is thrown into operation by connecting to a sensitivity detector or the like and positional trimming is accomplished based upon the value detected of photodetecting sensitivity or the like. CONSTITUTION:A photodetecting element 22, substrate 23, and the like may be housed in a former 11 when an fixing jig 13 is installed on a position trimming jig 12. Photoelectric conversion function is caused to work after a transparent resin 24 is cast into the former 11. The photodetecting sensitivity of the photodetecting element 22 is measured by a voltmeter or the like and compared by a comparator 16, and the position trimming jig 12 is adjusted in terms of its position dependent upon the outcome of the comparison. Adjustment is made back and forth and right and left, and the resin thickness in front of the photodetecting element 22 is trimmed by upward and downward movements. After this, the transparent resin 24 is allowed to set.
