PURPOSE: A height adjustable mattress is provided to improve the convenience of use, to reduce a production cost, and to maintain the top surface of the mattress in a more uniform condition. CONSTITUTION: In the height adjustable mattress, an air tube(30) sectionalized into plural air chambers(32) is covered with a cushion member(40), the air tube is connected with an air pump(50) through an air injection hose(34), and a valve(60) is installed at the middle of the air injection hose. The air tube is sectionalized with a plurality of partitions(70) formed with a ventilation hole(72).
