ALUMINUM PLATE FOR BUILDING INTERIOR/EXTERIOR MATERIALS LAMINATED WITH HOLOGRAM FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an aluminum plate for building interior/exterior materials laminated with a hologram film is provided to utilize the properties of metallic materials, to have three-dimensional effects and to produce eco-friendly products by recycling aluminum. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an aluminum plate for building interior/exterior materials laminated with a hologram film comprises the steps of: anodizing to prevent corrosion; rolling up an anodized aluminum plate(10) and an adhesive layer(30) on a press roller; applying the adhesive layer on the aluminum plate evenly; drying the aluminum plate applied with the adhesive layer(30) by a heater; transferring hologram(20) to the aluminum plate applied with the adhesive layer by a press roller, then applying a mold release layer(40) to the adhesive layer; slitting the aluminum plate laminated with hologram patterns into the appointed measure; press-working in various shapes; and anodizing to prevent corrosion.
