PURPOSE: A suit interlining and a method for manufacturing a suit using it are provided to improve a protective property of the interlining against rainwater and washing water, and to simplify a process of manufacturing thereof. CONSTITUTION: The interlining to be inserted in an upper jacket of a suit before the sewing of the suit consists of an upper interlining(21) and a lower interlining(23), wherein the upper interlining is formed in a vertical pattern(26) and the lower interlining is formed in an inclined pattern(28), and the upper and lower interlinings are sewed with a connection fabric(22). An adhesive tape(24) is attached to a collar portion on the rear side of the upper interlining and another adhesive tape(25) is attached from the bottom of the collar portion to the distal end of the lower interlining.
