PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing grape beverage, such as juice, wine and the like, having enriched antioxidative compounds to increase antioxidation effect, thereby providing health beverage with improved functionality. CONSTITUTION: The grape beverage is characteristically manufactured by the steps of: pressing and filtering grapes to obtain a grape juice; individually extracting filtered dregs or grape seed powders at 80 deg for 30 minutes with 70% ethanol, 50% ethanol, and 30% ethanol sequentially; filtering the extracts then concentrating them under reduced pressure; and adding the concentrated extracts to the grape juice. Therefore, the grape juice contains enriched antioxidative compound.
