PURPOSE: A method for using a living body recognizing device as a substitution for a stamping ink or an ink for obtaining a fingerprint on an official document and preparing the same is provided to obtain a fingerprint instead of a stamping ink or an ink, insert the fingerprint on a corresponding position of an official document, and output the document while the official document is prepared in an official institution such as a financial institution, a police station, a registry office etc. CONSTITUTION: A computer system(1) operates software capable of preparing an official document. An optical fingerprint recognition device(2) is connected to the computer system(1) for obtaining a fingerprint. While a fingerprint is sealed on an official document in an official institution as a financial institution, a police station, a registry office etc., a fingerprint obtained by the optical fingerprint recognition device(2) is sealed on the document and output. Thus, correct information of a fingerprint is obtained.
