<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a paper jam caused by misoperation, by closing a paper discharge port by a discharge paper tray covering a starting key to inhibit its handling operation when the discharge paper tray of a picture forming device is closed to the main unit side. CONSTITUTION:A picture forming device 1 provides a discharge paper tray 2 in the opposite side to a feed paper tray 7 which inserts paper P, and the picture forming device 1, when it is not in use, turns the discharge paper tray 2 by a hinge mechanism 3 closing a paper discharge port 4. Simultaneously the picture forming device 1, coating also a starting key 5 with the discharge paper tray 2, inhibits starting. In this way, a paper jam, caused by misoperation, is prevented in the paper discharge port 4.</p> |
