PURPOSE: A transaction protecting method for a performance guarantee of a transaction on an Internet business is provided to supply an interface of businessmen who wish to sell a commodity through the Internet by supplying a unit for performing a payment only to a good transaction for correcting a flaw of a trading process. CONSTITUTION: A commodity seller registers one's information and payment account numbers to a database of a server. Information of a commodity to be sold is registered to an operating server. A commodity buyer inquires whether one's wanted commodity is registered in a server(502). Information of the commodity buyer is registered in a server. When the buyer pays a price for buying a specific commodity, the price is transferred to an account of an operator(504). A notification for transmitting a corresponding commodity to the buyer is informed to the seller promptly(506). If the buyer receives the commodity normally, the buyer informs the normal transmission to the sever(507). If the buyer receives the commodity normally, the deposited price is transferred to the account of the seller. If the buyer does not receive the commodity, the deposited price is returned to the buyer(508). |
