PURPOSE: A system and a method for a fund-raising service and a fund-raising vote service using an electronic notice board are provided to perform an account transfer through a virtual account. CONSTITUTION: A collecting person(user B) who makes an electronic notice board and a payer(user A) who uses the notice board join to a service company as a member, respectively(1). The corresponding site issues a virtual account to the member(2). The payer who received the virtual account deposits a predetermined amount of money to the virtual account from a one's actual account(3), and writes a text on the notice board(4). At this time, the payer receives an approval in the site and accesses the notice board(5). In the writing process, an amount of money to be transferred is set. If the writing is normal, a transfer is performed from the virtual account of the user 'A' to that of the user 'B'(6). The user 'B' draws the collected amount of money to one's actual account(7). |
