PURPOSE:To prevent that a piece main body is peeled off from a base metal by inserting the stud standing a pin part into the ceramics piece main body and spreading the pin part along the tapered inner wall of the hole provided on the piece main body. CONSTITUTION:The ceramics piece for welding is placed on the surface of a base metal 20, a pin part 9 is pressed by an expander 22 from the upper part and the upper part of the pin part 9 is spreaded along a tapered inner wall 2a. A welding electrode 23 is brought into contact with the upper part of the pin 9 and a stud 5 is welded to the base metal 20 to fit the ceramics piece main body 1 to the base metal 20 via the stud 5. The peeling off of the ceramics piece main body 1 from the base metal after depositing the stud 5 to the base metal 20 is thus prevented.
