PURPOSE: A service system and a method for managing the same are provided to solve a trouble of a commodity purchasing company by making a transaction between a commodity selling company and a commodity buying company be performed smoothly and rapidly in an electronic commerce between companies. CONSTITUTION: In the case that a transaction order is generated from each transaction company through an on-line, an input of order details with respect to a corresponding commodity is requested. A corresponding order cost is calculated based on the inputted order details. It is checked whether the calculated order cost is exceeded by a predetermined credit line embodied in a corresponding transaction company. If the order cost is exceeded by a predetermined credit line, the contents are informed to a corresponding transaction company and requests a readjustment of the order. If the order cost is not exceeded by a predetermined credit line, the order cost is subtracted from the corresponding credit line and information with respect to the subtracted credit line is readjusted as the remainder credit line of the corresponding transaction company. |
