TABLE ROTATION/INCLINATION TYPE 5-AXIS MILLING PROCESS AND RECORDING MEDIUM HAVING 5-AXIS MILLING MACHINE THEREIN

PURPOSE: A method for performing a 5-axis milling process and a recording medium having a 5-axis milling machine are provided to precisely perform the 5-axis milling process by allowing a cutting tool to be prevented from making contact with a workpiece even when a phase inversion occurs. CONSTITUTION: A main shaft having a cutting tool can be moved in X, Y and Z-axis directions. A table for loading a workpiece thereon can be rotated with respect to the first rotating shaft corresponding to the X-axis and the second rotating shaft corresponding to the Y-axis. At least one of the first and second rotating shafts has an operation limiting point. When the rotating shaft having the operation limiting point reaches a limiting point, the cutting tool is moved up in the direction of Z-axis. Then, after inverting a phase of the table by using two rotating shafts, the cutting tool again makes contact with the workpiece so as to process the workpiece.
