PURPOSE: An audio record device using a remote control transmitter for a vehicle is provided to record and hear an audio signal of a user by installing the audio record device at the remote control transmitter. CONSTITUTION: A record unit(30) records and reproduces an audio signal of a user according to the key operation of the user. The record unit(30) is composed of a microphone(31), a speaker(32), a memory(33), and an integrated element(34) for recording/reproducing audio.
