PURPOSE: Provided are a food product of scorched part of boiled rice which is a kind of ready to eat food products and a manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, a user can easily take the food product regardless places simply by pouring hot water thereinto. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: soaking rice in water for a certain period of time; mixing the soaked rice and water in a certain mixing ratio then putting them in a case; placing the case into a heater, and heating simultaneously the upper and bottom parts of the case with lower heat temperature of an upper heating unit and higher heat temperature of a lower heating unit respectively; after finishing boiling rice, raising the heat temperature of the upper heating unit and lowering the temperature of the lower heating unit; and packing it to be easily carried.
