PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an anion exchanger with a higher ion exchange capacity and adsorption capacity as compared with those of a conventional one by using a large quantity of polyethylene imine and a large quantity of a cross-linking agent. SOLUTION: The anion exchanger comprises a fine particle having a cured coating film of polyethylene imine and a cross-linking agent thereof formed on the particle surface, where the cured coating film formation comprises (1) a first step of dispersing the fine particle in an aqueous solution of a cross- linking agent of polyethylene imine and (2) a second step of adding an aqueous solution of polyethylene imine and a catalyst to form the cured coating film of polyethylene imine and the cross-linking agent on the surface of the fine particle while suppressing the cross-linking reaction of the polyethylene imine and the cross-linking agent. |
