PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce worker's load by shortening working hours, ensuring safety, and saving labor in the works for lifting a drum can, inversing it, and discharging contents thereof. SOLUTION: In this drum can inversing machine constituted such that a drum can holding means formed by fixing a pair of first parallel arm members 3 stretched by a drum can bottom part support member 1 and a drum can lower side face holding member 2 and a pair of second parallel arm members 6 stretched by a member 4 supporting a top part of the drum can when it is inversed and a drum can upper side face holding member 5 so as to form a substantially V shape when viewed from the direction of a rotary supporting point 8 provided in a support leg part 7 is attached to the support leg part 7 so as to rotate centered on the supporting point part 8, the drum can holding means rotates around the supporting point by lifting the drum can bottom part support member 1 upward so that the drum can 13 loaded on the drum can holding means is inversed.
