PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collecting device for window washer liquid capable of managing without pouring the water into a tank by human labor and performing the refill of the window washer liquid easily. SOLUTION: The water collecting device for window washer liquid is composed of a receptacle 9 installed in the upper part of a cab 4 for receiving reinwater, another receptacle 10 to receive the drain water discharged from an air-conditioner unit 7, pipings 11 to lead the water from the receptacles 9 and 10, a water filter 12 connected to the pipelines 11 for filtrating the water, an overflow preventive part 13 installed in the lower part of the water filter 12, and a tank 14 to store water, etc., received through the overflow preventive part 13. This allows the reinwater and/or the drain water from the air- conditioner unit 7 at an outdoor working site to be refilled automatically to the tank 14 for window washer liquid.
