PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massage device capable of massaging a body on a mat and also of performing effective massage specially on a thigh and a calf of a leg part by repeatedly expanding and contracting belt-like air bags and cushion-like air bags provided on the mat. SOLUTION: The air massage device 11. is provided with at least a mat body 12 of a prescribed shape, the belt-like air bags 13 and the cushion-like air bags 18 disposed on the mat body 12, a supply/exhaust device 14 which expands and contracts these air bags 13, 18, and a prescribed switch 15 which operates the supply/exhaust device 14. The belt-like air bag 1-3 is formed so as to use by winding it around the leg part or an arm part, and also to repeatedly press the entire periphery of the leg part or the arm part when expanding and contracting. The belt-like air bag 13 and the cushion-like air bag 18 are preferred to be formed so as to enable to move the arranging position to the mat body 12.
