<p>PURPOSE:To prevent that a low voltage coil and a high voltage coil generate heat abnormally and allows excessive temperature rise by forming a low voltage coil with Litz wire, forming a high voltage coil with a plurality of divided coils and providing the gap portions of core in the opposed range except for both end portions of a low voltage coil. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency transformer is formed by ferrite cores 1a, 1b, a high voltage coil 4 and a heater coil 5. A low voltage coil 2 wound to a mold bobbin 3 uses a Litz wire formed by twisting 100 ulethane wires in diameter of 0.18 mm as the winding, a mold bobbin 6 made of polybuthylenetelephthalate resin is wound by a high voltage coil 4 and a heater coil 5 and a high voltage coil 4 is divided into four sections. A core gap is located almost at the center of low voltage coil 2. Thereby, excessive heat generation by the surface effect and proximity effect can be reduced remarkably and temperature rise can be suppressed to about 70 deg. for temperature rise up to 180 deg. of the high voltage coil in the conventional structure. Accordingly, the class A insulation can be realized.</p> |
