PURPOSE:To prevent electricity from being discharged through a bearing and to attain the stabilized operation of a device by fixing a hub supporting bearing on a base through an electric insulating body. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disk 1 is laminated on a hub 4 together with a spacer and fixed by a clump 7. The hub 4 is fitted to a shaft 6 through a bearing 8 and rotated around the shaft 6 fixed on the base 13. The magnetic disk 1 is directly driven by a brushless motor formed by a rotor magnet 11 fitted to the inside of the hub 4 and a stator core 12 fitted to the shaft 6. Thereby, a spindle rotating part including the magnetic disk 1 is contacted with the base only by the bearing 8. Since the bearing 8 is rotated through an insulating body 9, the bearing 8 is completely insulated from the base 13.
