PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer of new structure for wet granule, with which a wet granule such as soybean curd refuse of tofu, husk of peanut, etc., can be dried and powdered. SOLUTION: Cylindrical divided and inclination drums 2 and 3 are combined in a vertical zigzag arrangement. The vertically adjacent divided inclination drums 2 and 3 have openings which are made into lidded state by air-permeable weir checking plates 25 and 34 and are connected through intermediate hoppers 9 for dropping the granule. Hot air can be sent to the divided inclination drums 2 and 3 in the downstream side of the inclination. On the other hand, endless gear belts 8 and 8 are meshed with gear rings 4 and 4 installed at proper positions of the outer peripheral surfaces of the divided inclination drums 2 and 3 and these endless gear belts 8 and 8 are rotated and driven. |
