PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive for opening a trunk lid by a target opening angle at opening the trunk lid. SOLUTION: Goose necks 3a, 3b support the trunk lid 1 for opening/closing an opening portion of a vehicular trunk. One end of each goose necks 3a, 3b (not shown) is fixed to the trunk lid 1, and the other end thereof is rotatably supported by a vehicle body. The goose necks 3a, 3b rotates around rotating portions 4a, 4b that are the point of supports to open and close the trunk lid 1. A control unit 9 calculates a target number of rotations depending on rainfall detected at the time of opening the trunk lid by a raindrop sensor 25 (Fig. 3), and controls a motor 8 and a clutch 7 to drive the trunk lid 1 in a direction opening the trunk lid by the target angle. The control unit 9 stops the motor 8 when the number of rotations of the motor 8 is not less than the target number of rotations.
