PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material feeding device capable of supplying a recording material satisfactorily while miniaturizing the device and provide an image formation device. SOLUTION: This recording material feeding device 2 is constituted such that a plurality of side fences 16a, 16b guiding both fringe parts of the recording material are arranged in the direction F of recording material width crossing the direction R of parallel arrangement of a first tray and a second tray on the second tray 24 which can be arranged in parallel and horizontally with the first tray 4 on which the recording material 6A is loaded and from which the recording material 6 is fed out by a feeding means 60 and on which the recording material is loaded. Operation sections 28A, 28B which lower toward a loading face 24a of the second tray are provided in at least a part of each side fence.
