PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent wiper capable of neatly cleaning even inside a recess or a clearance although a subject area is of very fine irregularities or clearances. SOLUTION: A casing 10 having an aperture 13 at its tip is internally provided with a supply reel 15 which sequentially sends a cleaning tape 14 partially comprising at least a superfine fiber, a wind-up reel 16 which sequentially winds up the cleaning tape 14 sent and a protruded guide 17 which keeps the tape 14 in place with the tape partially protruded outward from the aperture 13, wherein an unused area of the tape 14 is sequentially positioned with the unused area protruded outward from the aperture 13 along with the guide 17 so as to allow the subject area to be cleaned with a protruded section of the tape 14.
