PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make molten cushioning material flow to the landing side of an elevator, when the cushioning member adopted for a hanger roller of an elevator landing side door device is melted by heat. SOLUTION: Hanger members 22 comprising hanger rollers 7 provided on an upper part of a landing door 3 in an elevator landing and supported by a guide rail 2 to move, are structured to have generally same width as that of the landing door 3. By installing guard members 22 at both right and left and corners of the hanger members, or by receiving lower portions of the hanger members with shim members 23, the cushioning material 8 of the rollers is made to flow down to the landing side even if melting by heating, thereby preventing the entry to the hoistway side.
