PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heater case in common by allowing either type of heating apparatus for standard district and for cold district to be mounted. SOLUTION: While a dimension of a fitting part 23 of the heater case 2 is set to be suitable for mounting the heating apparatus 5 for cold district thereby enabling the heating apparatus 5 for cold district to be mounted to the fitting part 23, one heating exchanger 25 for heating is fitted in a frame body 26 formed so as to fit to a shape of the fitting part 23 thereby enabling the heating apparatus 5 for standard district to be mounted to the fitting part 23.
