PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide positioning and fixing a radiation non-penetrating metallic sheet material accurately without damaging outer surface of a resin tube. SOLUTION: A core metal is inserted in a resin tube to prevent deformation of the resin tube and one or more sheet material fixed to the resin tube is positioned and attached to a mold for positioning the sheet material. The resin tube is then inserted into the mold for positioning the sheet material for multiple sheet material to position and temporary fix by winding around desired position of an outer surrounding of the resin tube. The same number of metallic ring as a temporary fixed sheet material in the resin tube is then attached to the resin tube and the metallic ring is temporary fixed with pressure in the condition that the metallic ring is positioned as covering each sheet material. The metal ring is then processed to be reduced a diameter by a swaging process to fix the sheet material and the metallic ring completely. |
