PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing and mixing machine for producing bean curd, which crushes directly charged dry beans in a bean curd-producing state to enable the immediate production of the bean curd. SOLUTION: This crushing and mixing machine for producing the bean curd comprises a crushing unit comprising a pair of helical gear and spur gear for primarily crushing dry beans and a mixing unit comprising a cutter blade for again finely grinding the beans crushed in the crushing unit by a rotary crushing/pressing method.
