PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide human G-protein-binding receptor polypeptide, a DNA (RNA) encoding the polypeptide, and a method for producing the polypeptide by the recombination technique. SOLUTION: Human G-protein-binding receptor polypeptide, a DNA ( RNA) encoding the polypeptide, and a method for producing the polypeptide by the recombination technique, are provided. A method for utilizing the polypeptide for identifying an antagonist or agonist against the polypeptide is also provided. A diagnostic tool for detecting any mutation in the nucleic acid sequence of G-protein-binding receptor is also provided. |
