PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction guide member, an induction guide and a laying pipe for hot rolling stock capable of preventing deep scratches from occurring on the hot rolling stock even when the hot rolling stock runs at a high speed and has a long life. SOLUTION: As an induction guide member for the hot rolling stock, a splicing layer, an intermediate layer composed of an oxide system ceramics or a carbide system cermet and a surface layer composed of boron nitride are fixed and laminated by this order among three layers for use in the internal circumferential surface of a short-sized tubular body.
