<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating equipment of an organic substance capable of preparing a compost by efficiently fermenting and decomposing the organic substance while the organic substance is kept under a condition suitable for an aerobic fermentation. SOLUTION: A fermenting equipment 1 of the organic substance, wherein the organic substance 3 piled up on a set surface 2 is covered with a weatherable protective sheet 4 having both gas permeability and waterproofness and four circumferences are fixed in place on the set surface 2 with a cover presser 5. Since the protective sheet 4 is of weatherability and waterproofness and is also of both a predetermined gas permeability and moisture permeability, the organic substance 3 can be kept under the conditions of a temperature and a humidity suitable for an aerobic fermentation and an air required for a fermentation is supplied through the protective sheet 4. Consequently, a fermentation and decomposition of the organic substance 3 are promoted and thus, the organic substance 3 can be efficiently converted into a compost.</p> |
