PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for positioning a door trim to easily position an opening portion of the door trim to an inner handle attached to an inner panel of a door. SOLUTION: In the structure for positioning the door trim of the invention, a reference positioning claw 21 projecting toward the door trim 15 is disposed to the inner handle 6 attached to a side face of the inner panel 2 of he door. A pair of open-chevron type positioning ribs 22 is formed on the rear face of the door trim so that the positioning ribs are engaged with each other, in a width direction of the door of the positioning claw 21. The positioning claw and the positioning ribs are engaged with each other to overlap the door inner panel with the door trim, so that an opening portion 20 for exposing the inner handle is positioned on the inner handle. Therefore, the opening portion is positioned on the inner handle by the conventional integrating work of the door trim, without requiring the need of the troublesome visual checking of the inner handle and the opening portion at the time of positioning.
