PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled rice-loosening device which can improve the sanitary environment of a workshop for performing a loosening work. SOLUTION: This boiled rice-loosening device in which the boiled rice R is transported with a boiled rice-transporting conveyer 1 and simultaneously loosened with loosening impellers 2, 3 is characterized in that the loosening impellers 2, 3 are disposed in a loosening chamber 5 having front, rear, right, left and upper cover walls 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and that the boiled rice R to be transported with the boiled rice-transporting conveyer 1 is loosened with the loosening impellers 2, 3 in the loosening chamber 5 and simultaneously transported. |
