PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water and mud from intruding into a rotary casing, and to prevent a motor, a control substrate and the like from being corroded, even when a driving part is constituted to be built in inside the casing in order to compactify a driving portion. SOLUTION: This vehicle is provided with a manual driving part for driving wheels by man power, torque detecting parts 51, 54-60 and so on for detecting man power torque of the manual driving part, and a motor-driven driving part 30 for driving the wheels by a motor 40 controlled in response to detected values detected by the detecting parts. The torque detecting parts and the motor- driven driving part 40 are built in inside the rotary casing 23 constituting a rotating hub together with the wheels, and a packing 52 is interposed in a clearance generated between a connection part (sensor plate 51) from the manual driving part to the torque detecting part and the rotary casing 23a. |
