PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which an abdominal respiration is possible along with the abdominal respiration is restricted physically. SOLUTION: This device has a mechanism as expiration and inhalation pass through a narrow pathway in the case that it is installed as designated. The abdominal respiration is deep and slow breathing while a costal respiration is shallow and rapid breathing. The difference in the speed of the breathing is utilized. The abdominal respiration can be learned naturally by passing expiration and inhalation through the narrow pathway having a condition that slow breathing is passed reasonably but rapid breathing is difficult.
