PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for processing blood collection with a blood collecting device along which can easily be carried with for an entire measurement and is capable of securing the required volume of blood while minimizing puncture plaques without causing any pain or fear at puncture for blood sugar self-determination and thereafter. SOLUTION: A blood collecting device which allows a puncture needle 1 of a puncture tool 2 to puncture the dermal surface of a living body for extracorporeal exudation of in vivo blood and body liquid, which is equipped with a puncture tool holder 3 of the puncture tool 2, power source 4 that operates the puncture tool holder 3, a trigger 7 that operates the power source 4, a compressing member 8 that compresses a surrounding portion of the dermal surface prior to puncture, an aspiration system 9 that evacuates a post-space surrounding a puncture site and a random leaking system 10 that switches a condition depressurized by the aspiration system 9 to a liberated state.
