PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate strong clamping force without decreasing clamping force for inner side piping/wiring members, when clamping not less than three pieces of piping/wiring members such as hoses or cables. SOLUTION: A first clamp 30a is made of flexible material. Three roughly semicircular fixing grooves 31a are provided in parallel on an inner surface of the clamp 30a, and bolt inserting spot facing holes 32 are bored on both sides of the clamp 30a. The first clamp 30a has a bending shape in an opposite direction to an opening surface side of the fixing grooves 31a. Another clamp 30b has three fixing grooves 31b in parallel, and bolt inserting holes 33 are bored on both sides. Hoses 13 are put between fixing grooves 31a, 31b of the two clamps 30a, 30b, and bolts penetrating both sides of a clamp 30 are screwed in screw holes 22 on a fixing plate 21. By fastening the bolts, the clamp 30a is deformed to grip and fix the hoses 13 with the clamp 30.
