PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specially equipped vehicle capable of effectively performing the building maintenance operations including collection of sewage, dirt, etc., from a sanitary sewage tank, miscellaneous waste water tank, etc., installed at the undermost flow of each building basement, washing after sewage collection, drainage of an artesian spring tank, etc. SOLUTION: A small-sized truck 1 capable of making a facing run on a vehicle incoming path to any building basement, etc., is equipped with a sucking collection device 4 furnished with a suction blower 2 and receiver tank 3 for performing sucking collection of the sewage, etc., to the receiver tank 3 using a suction air fed from the blower 2. Further the truck is equipped with a washing device 7 furnished with a water tank 5 and washing pump 6 for performing washing by spouting the water therefrom and also a drainage device 9 furnished with a drain pump 8 for draining water by sucking the water by the pump 8.
