PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a weather strip to prevent the separation of the weather strip from an end portion of a door of a hard top vehicle without clipping-on the weather. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the weather strip 4, a belt molding 6 clips on a joint portion 3 of a door panel inner 1 and a door panel outer 2, and the weather strip is attached to cover the door panel inner 1 below the belt molding 6. An engaging portion 5a exposed at an upper end of an insert panel 5 buried in the weather strip 4 is formed. The belt molding 6 clips on the engaging portion 3 while the engaging portion 5a is overlapped with the engaging portion 3 of the panels 1, 2.
