PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold foamed molded body with a skin which is excellent in releasability from a mold and in transferability of a mold design, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In regard to the in-mold foamed molded body with the skin and the manufacturing method therefor, at least the surface of a skin material that comes into contact with the mold is an olefin thermoplastic elastomer sheet constituted of an olefin resin containing no polyethylene resin as a matrix, and preliminarily foamed beads used for in-mold foam molding are ones of the olefin resin. Particularly, the surface of the skin material coming into contact with the mold is constituted of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer constituted of the olefin resin containing no polyethylene resin as the matrix.
