PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting apparatus for discharging a molten thermoplastic resin to the peripheral surface of a rotary drum rotated in a predetermined direction to cast the thermoplastic resin on the peripheral surface of the rotary drum and to prevent the generation of a serious problem or serious trouble on the downstream side of the rotary drum while preventing the generation of a spark mark on the peripheral surface of the rotary drum. SOLUTION: The casting apparatus is equipped with a static electricity applying device having a first wire electrode 1311, which extends in the direction of the rotary shaft of the rotary drum 12 and applies predetermined voltage to the molten thermoplastic resin discharged to the rotary drum 12 over a first applying width in a non-contact state, and a second wire electrode 1321, which extends in parallel to the first wire electrode 1311 and applies voltage lower than the voltage due to the first wire electrode 1311 to the molten thermoplastic resin discharged to the peripheral surface of the rotary drum 12 over a second applying width narrower than the first applying width in a non-contact state. |
