LIGHT SOURCE SYSTEM FOR ENDOSCOPIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source system for an endoscopic apparatus which inhibits the occurrence of noise or electromagnetic wave at stroboscopic photographing and makes it possible for a single unit of endoscopic processor to photograph observation sites by normal or stroboscopic photography. SOLUTION: The light source system for the endoscopic apparatus is a light source system for an endoscopic apparatus being composed of a processing section and a scope section, where the system is provided with the first lighting means having the first light source located at a tip of the scope section whose irradiation lights up an observation site of concern within an observation area, the second lighting means having the second light source that always irradiates a successive flux and a means for guiding the light so that the flux emitted from the second light source irradiates at least the surrounding of an observation site of concern within an observation area and a means for controlling light emission of the first light source so that the stroboscopic light is irradiated at random timing when a stroboscopic picture is taken.
