PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dehydration of a precipitate. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 3 is horizontally arranged to the upper part of a sedimentation tank 2 in which slurry is charged, and a plurality of buckets 4 for scooping up the precipitate W in the sedimentation tank 2 are radially provided to the rotary shaft 3, and a drain net 12 is provided in each of the buckets 4 to partition the bucket into upper and lower parts and the upper part above the drain net 12 is set to a housing part 13 of the precipitate W and the lower part below the drain net 12 is set to a separated water falling part 14. The discharge part 15 of the falling part 14 is provided to the attaching base end 10 of each bucket 4 and the discharge part 15 is extended so as to be turned to a centripetal direction, and the precipitate W with a water content within the desired range is obtained only by the natural dehydration due to the drain net 12 without allowing separated water to fall into the succeeding bucket 4.
