APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SHAPING PRECISE LAMINATED MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that various methods such as a high density processing method or a chemical processing method know in order to manufacture a precise mold can not respond to diversification of recent need of molded products. SOLUTION: A shaping apparatus is constituted so that a film 2 made of a metal material subjected to etching treatment on its single side is stretched across a reel 3 on a start side and a reel 4 on a terminal side without being loosened so that the etching treatment surface 1 of the film 2 is turned downwardly and passed above the roller part 11 of a tension adjusting link 10 and under a horizontally sliding pressure bonding roller 12 to be held to a state inclined with respect to a molding stand 13 raised and lowered toward the etching treatment surface 1 of the film 2 made of the metal material while the horizontal upper surface of the film is held. In a shaping method, the pressure bonding roller 12 is slid while the reel 3 on the start side and the reel 4 on the terminal side are fixed and the film 2 made of the metal material is gradually brought into close contact with the upper surface of predetermined height of the raised and lowered molding stand 13.
