PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust and crushed stone generated in working from being scattered even when chipping work is carried out in a narrow space, enhance workability, allow manufacture at low cost, and reduce weight to allow carrying conveniently. SOLUTION: A spiral spring 10 is interposed between a pusher plate 2 having a through hole 1 in its central part and attached with tufts 5, and a fixing tool 14 provided just above the pusher plate 2 and having a through hole 6 in its central part.
